Lucas Moura made his full Tottenham Hotspur debut in Sunday’s FA Cup fifth-round clash with Rochdale, and the attacker was on the scoresheet in the 2-2 draw.
The result was not quite what Tottenham were looking for, with Mauricio Pochettino’s side now needing a replay to ensure that they will be present in the quarter-finals of the competition.
It was a positive afternoon for Lucas, however, as the January arrival opened his Tottenham account during his first start for the Premier League club.
Moura, who is valued at £25.2m by transfermarkt.co.uk, had only made five Ligue 1 appearances for Paris Saint-Germain in the first half of the season before making the switch to England.
The Tottenham fans did not have too much to shout about following the draw with Rochdale, but the performance of Lucas on his second appearance was a big positive for the London club.
